As with all complex technology systems, regular servicing and updates are required to ensure that your smart home continues to work for you and not against you. We offer three different levels of support which include remote and on-site support, health checks, system upgrades and more. By no means does your system need to be installed by us to take out one of our support packages, nor must you take out one of packages to benefit from our industry leading support.

  • 2 yearly remote service checks
  • SLA remote response time within 12 business hours

  • Gold Support

  • 2 yearly on-site service checks
  • 4 yearly remote service checks

Individual Support Packages

We also offer dedicated support packages for single room systems such as golf simulators and home cinemas. Whilst these do not typically require as much maintenance as a full smart home system, regular servicing will ensure you get the absolute most of your home technology.
