As with all complex technology systems, regular servicing and updates are recommended to ensure that your tech continues to work seamlessly and effectively. All new Cre8tive Rooms customers qualify for a complimentary year of our entry level Bronze support package. After this expires, you will have the option to move onto our Silver or Gold support package, or seek technical support elsewhere.
